1.      FOOD-BANK: Whilst all in-date items are gratefully received they are short of the following; Macaroni Cheese, Spaghetti Bolognese, White Sugar,

2.      Orange Juice, Long Life Milk, Tins of Ravioli, all tinned and packet foods.

3.      Prayer Group: the next meeting will be held on Tuesday 4th December in Kemback Church.  There will also be a short prayer meeting every Wednesday held in Kemback Church at 10.30 am to focus on the work of CKS, to which anyone interested is welcome to come along. The next Housegroup meeting will be held on 13th November when we will start our Advent study Following the Celtic way

4.      Ceres Soup Lunche in village Café in Mondays 12noon-130pm. Café at Springfield every Wednesday 10.30 -12 noon.

5.      Thanks to all who shared in last week’s Arts Fair in whatever way. Special thanks to Anne Hoggan and her team. The tremendous sum of £2,100 + was raised. (Not including Gift Aid)

6.      Call for Volunteers (Children’s Workers) - Helpers are required to assist with Messy Church and with the Youth Group. A safeguarding disclosure is required. To find out what is involved, and to get application forms, please send your e-mail address to 

7.      Re-Act Fife   We would be grateful if you could start collecting winter aid and medical aid to go out to Samos in Greece.   Donations of warm, waterproof winter clothing in small and medium sizes, sturdy shoes and boots, basic toiletries, paracetamol, ibuprofen, thermal blankets, plasters, etc. are desperately needed, there are 700 children aged 2 to 12 in this camp alone.  Please give any donations to Myra Todd or Tel. 01334 828284 for collection. 8.      Next Sanctuary takes place in Ceres Church on Wednesday28th November  -  12noon – 1pm and again 6.30-7.30pm..  The Church will, of course, be open all day every day as usual.

9.      Our annual Service of Remembering will take place on Sunday 2nd December at Ceres Church at 2.30pm. At this short service we will remember loved ones we have lost. If you wish names read out, please add them to the list in the vestibule.

10.  Exercise to Music from the 40's, 50's and 60's in Kemback Hall Thursdays  7.15 - 8.15pm. Instructor Elaine Hughes, retired physiotherapist. Please wear flat shoes and loose clothing.

11.  Christmas Carol Concert at Kemback Hall, Friday 7th December, 7pm.   Includes festive treats and beverages. £5 entry at the door, or pre-book by email
