Every week, “The Gathering”  - café style worship  at 8.30 for 9am in Ceres Church.

Main services at 11.am:

4th October: CKS Session meets in Kemback Hall at 7pm

7th October Ceres Harvest.

14th October Kemback Harvest

21st October: Springfield Harvest in Springfield Church hall

NB We are glad to inform you that our long awaited renovations to Springfield Church will begin on 8th October . Until further notice, therefore all Springfield services after that date will take place in Springfield Church Hall

 

Intimations for 23rd September

1.       FOOD-BANK: Whilst all in-date items are gratefully received they are short of the following; Macaroni Cheese, Spaghetti Bolognese, White Sugar, Orange Juice, Long Life Milk, Tins of Ravioli, all tinned and packet foods.

2.       Prayer – Group: next meeting will be held on Tuesday 2nd October in Ceres Session Hall.  Started on Wednesday 12th September, and weekly thereafter, there will be a short prayer meeting held in Kemback Church at 10.30 am to focus on the work of CKS, to which anyone interested is welcome to come along.

3.       Café at Springfield every Wednesday 10.30 -12 noon.

4.       Call for Volunteers (Children’s Workers) - Helpers are required to assist with Messy Church and with the Youth Group. A safeguarding disclosure is required. To find out what is involved, and to get application forms, please send your e-mail address to volunteer@ckcchurch.org 

5.       Re-Act Fife   We would be grateful if you could start collecting winter aid and medical aid to go out to Samos in Greece.   Donations of warm, waterproof winter clothing in small and medium sizes, sturdy shoes and boots, basic toiletries, paracetamol, ibuprofen, thermal blankets, plasters, etc. are desperately needed, there are 700 children aged 2 to 12 in this camp alone.  Please give any donations to Myra Todd or Tel. 01334 828284 for collection. Thank you.

6.       Ken Aitken is to hold a Photo fair in aid of the Cupar Foodbank on Saturday 29th September, 11am – 3pm @ St Columba’s Church Hall, Kirkgate, Cupar. Ken’s prints and 2019 Calendar will be on sale.  There will be Tea, Coffee, home baking]  and light lunches available.  Entry is free and Donations to Cupar Foodbank most gratefully received.

7.       Whist Drive and Dominoes Kemback Hall, Friday 28th September 7pm for 7.30 start - Entry £3 includes supper. Future dates (3rd Friday of Month): Friday 19th October, Friday 16th November and Friday 18th January 2019.

8.       Sanctuary will begin again this week on Wednesday, with a single Sanctuary in the evening at 6.30pm, with the theme of Harvest.  Lunchtime Sanctuary will resume in October.  The Church will, of course, be open all day as usual.

9.       Soup lunches resume om Monday 1st October. We will be using the village Cafe, thanks to the Management Committee. All welcome.
