Renew Wellbeing Cafe

A Renew Wellbeing cafe has started in Cupar Old Parish Centre on Wednesdays 10am - 12pm.
As the name suggests, the aim is to promote and enhance wellbeing, an issue which surely affects us all.
This is a place where everyone is welcome to come and share with others, supporting one another by being together in a safe, friendly environment.
The cafe offers three brief times of prayer, at the beginning, half way through and at the end of each session. The prayer area is always open and always optional.
A variety of activities ( crafts, games etc) will be on hand. If you would like to bring a hobby to share with others, or to do by yourself, that would be great. Or, you may want to use this time and space for quiet reflection or just to chat over a cuppa.
Whatever you choose, this is a place where it's ok not to be ok. Just come as you are, would be wonderful to see you.
